Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of late attorney Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner (née Houghton). She is of Armenian descent on her father's side (her paternal great-grandparents immigrated to Los Angeles), and of Scottish, Dutch, and distant Native American ancestry on her mother's side.
Kardashian has two sisters, Kourtney and Khloé, and one brother, Robert
